Multiplex Leiden

`spatialleiden`	Perform SpatialLeiden clustering.
`multiplex_leiden`	Partition the nodes using multiplex leiden clustering.

`search_resolution`	Search the resolutions of the topological and latent layer to obtain n clusters using SpatialLeiden clustering.
`search_resolution_latent`	Search the resolution to obtain n clusters using Leiden clustering.
`search_resolution_spatial`	Search the resolution of the spatial layer to obtain n clusters using SpatialLeiden clustering.

Transforms distances to connectivites.
